UKRAINE BODYBUILDING PIONEER.

PERSON

Professor Vasilij Bespalenko lives in the Lvov city  of the Republic Ukraine. After graduating from the National University of Ivan Franka (1983) in the specialty of  art design, after graduating from the Lvov State University of physical culture in the speciality of physical culture (1988), last thirty seven years Professor Vasilij Bespalenko works as a lecturer at several universities of the Republic Ukraine. Also he is one to be involved in the preparation of the teaching programs of the International Sport University.

Professor Vasilij Bespalenko is the Magister of practical psychology, Chairman of Caphedra of physical culture at Stavropigion University, Pro Rector International Sport University for Science  Affairs.

For the social work done Professor Vasilij Bespalenko awarder with Order of Christ (2017) and in 2019 also with the „Gold Honour Medal“ of the World Fitness Federation and World Body Building Federation.

CONTEST PLACINGS

Being the pioneer of bodybuilding sport in Ukraine, Professor Vasilij Bespalenko is an active athlete. During the life he won the folowing titles:

-        „Amber Prix International“ Champion (20232 Over All Winner)

-        World and Europe Champion

-        „Universe“ Champion

-        Baltic Cup International Champion

-        „Lithuania Cup Open“ Champion

-         many national level competitions

SOCIAL WORK

Since 1986 Vasilij Bespalenko is a successful National and International contest organizer. During his life he organized many Ukraine National competitions. Last International Event was organized in the Ukraine City Lvov and that was the 2013 „International Cup Ukraine“.

After the Independence of the Republic Ukraine was proclaimed, Professor Vasilij Bespalenko serves as the National President  Federation Republic Ukraine (since 1991).

Participating at the International sport events in the Republic of Lithuania, Professor Vasilij Bespalenko was the Head of the delegation Republic Ukraine at the official meeting at the Parliament Republic Lithuania (2015, 2017, 2019, Vilnius).

TRAINER‘S WORK

From the beginning of the seventies of the last century Professor Vasili Bespalenko works as  a gym trainer and prepares athletes to the various level contests.

From 1973 Professor Vasilij Bespalenko is the Ukraine National team manager and leads the National Team Ukraine to the International Events in various countries.

INTERNATIONAL AWARDS

During International sport activities Professor Vasilij Bespalenko received the folowing International Awards:

-        „UNESCO“ Honour Award (2020)

-        the World Fitness Federation and World Body Building Federation Honour Gold Medal (2019)

-        the Cross of the Order of Christ for social work (2017)

-        the World Fitness Federation and World Body Building Federation Honour Awards (1998, 2004, 2005, 2014, 2016)

-        International Sport University Honour Award (2016, 2017).
