 „SPORT REVUE“ PERSONS OF THE MONTH.

Some time ago our friend from Yemen Dr. NEJEEB AL-JAWFI sent us historic material. That was the article „Persons of the Month“ from the German bodybuilding magazine„Sport revue“.

„This month we underline two V.I.P. bodybuilding persons. That are DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and ROMANAS KALINAUSKAS from the Lithuanian Soviet Socialist Republic. They were Lithuanian delegates at the 1989 I.F.B.B. World Championship in Paris (France). Due to efforts of the both mentioned persons bodybuilding in Lithuania became very popular“.

The picture of the German photographer ALBERT BUSEK with BEN WEIDER was made during the 1989 I.F.B.B. (International Federation of Body Builders) World Championship banquet in Paris. In Paris DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was a personal guest of the I.F.B.B. President BEN WEIDER.
