2019. INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT ARRIVED TO INDIA.
AVON. 2019 GREATEST BODYBUILDING CONTEST IN INDIA.

On the 26-th of  February, 2019 to set the actual working questions of the International Events  the International President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation)and the Rector of the ISU International Sport University  DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS arrived to India. The arranged progamme of the visit was very wide.

INTERNATIONAL EVENTS.

In March, 2019 two International events were held in India Cities of Ludhiana and Delhi. The first contest was organized by the famous India Company ”Avon”  in Ludhiana on March 1-3, 2019. The India WFF-WBBF National Championship was  held in Delhi on March 10, 2019.

INTERNATIONAL JUDGES.

A number of known International Judges arrived from European Countries to the contests in India. The judges were from Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus and Russia. In the main Judging Team were working OLEG LUNIN, SVETLANA  and NIKOLAJ VOROBJOV, ZINA USIKOVA. All costs spent by the arriving delegates were covered by the organizers: visas, transport, air tickets, hotels and food. Arrived judges at once started working. A number of meetings, consultations were made. Also the contest venue was inspected and culture programme for the judges organized.

MONEY PRIZES.

Together with standard prizes all first five places of each contest category winners got money prizes as well. Over all men category winner received  7500 US dollars and over all women category winner received 1200 US dollars. All competitors got hotel rooms and food free of charge.

AVON, GREATEST 2019 BODYBUILDING CONTEST IN INDIA.

On March 2-3, 2019 the AVON contest was held in Ludhiana City. Hundreds of India bodybuilders came to this prestigious event. The level of organizing team and participating athletes were of the highest International standards or even better. Any World championship organizers of any International federation can only dream of such an event. The venue place was full of spectators and journalists.

The VIP launge was full of Guests and among them were:

The organizers did it perfect with everything – free transport, food, drinks and much atthention to delegates, judges  and participants. The life of our sport is nicer and it is going on!

„EK AAS WOMEN HELPLINE (NGO). INDIA EXCEPTIONAL WOMEN VOLUNTEERS ASSOCIATION.

On March 6, 2019 India Exceptional Women Volunteers Association „EK AAS WOMEN HELPLINE (NGO)“ honoured and awarded a number of persons who are involved in social work. Among awarded persons were the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS, the Chairperson of the International REGINA Cancer Center REGINA DAUBARIENE. The „EK AAS WOMEN HELPLINE (NGO)“  Association is led by the Chairperson SIMMI CHOPRA PASHAN. Among a number of VIP Guests a Member of the Parliament of the India Republic SARDAR RAVNEET BITTU was present.

VISITING INDIA PARLIAMENT MEMBER‘S HEADQUARTERS

We have informed before, that during the WFF-WBBF Asia Championship in Ludhiana among a number of India famous polititians was present SARDAR RAVNEET BITTU, Member of the Parliament India Republic. This Highest Level Polititian of the India Republic invited the International President WFF-WBBF Federation DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  and the Vice President International  WFF-WBBF Federation LALIT SONI to visit him at his Headquarters. The Official Visit to meet the Polititian happened.

INDIA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.

On March 10, 2019 the WFF-WBBF India National Championship was held in Delhi. The winners:  the over all fitness model champion was Sameer Mittal and the over all bodybuilding champion was Dhruba Jyoti Tamuly. This contest was a selection trial to the official International contests in the European Union – in Lithuania (May 18-19, Klaipeda).

CULTURE PROGRAMME.

After competitions in Ludhiana and Delhi the organizers made a culture programme. First was visited the Delhi “Red Fort” and Minora. After it was Taj Mahal and the place of birth of Lord Krishna.

SPORT FESTIVAL „KAMILA LOHTIA COLLEGE ANNUAL ATHLETIC MEET“.

On February and March, 2019 the ISU International Sports University Chairmen DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and LALIT SONI as VIP Guests payed official visit to the  Kamla Lohtia Sanathan Dharam College of the Punjab University Chandigarh represented by Principal Dr. Shiv Mohan Sharma and a number of Professors. There was the opening ceremony of the annual sport‘s festival. Among VIP Guests was  SH. SURINDER DAWAR, Member Parliament, M.L.A. Ludhiana.

INDIA-PAKISTAN WAGAH BORDER.

The WFF-WBBF Chairmen President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS, Vice President LALIT SONI and Amritsar Chairman RAMANDEEP SINGH visited as VIP Guests India – Pakistan Wagah Border. The meeting and lunch with the Chief Official of the border control was organized. Sitting in VIP lounge among thousands of people all watched the famous “Flag Ceremony”.

HOLI – ANNUAL INDIA COLOUR FESTIVAL.

Being on official visit to India the International Chairmen WFF-WBBF the President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and the Vice President LALIT SONI as VIP Guests took part at the „Holi“. „Holi“ is an old India religious happening – the annual India colour festival.

Working more than 50 years today the WFF-WBBF International unites 134 country-members that represent all Continents.

Our strategic goals are to work in tune with the UN and UNESCO and we are already on the way successful to do this. No other federation in the World dares to go this way.

We aim to make our work more productive and we open our wings for new members to represent WFF-WBBF International in their countries. We know that in various countries there are active people ready to work for our federation but due to our local representatives they have problems to do this. 2019. INTERNATIONAL BODYBUILDING SPORT.

WHAT WE ARE FACING TODAY?

Today there are lots of “International Bodybuilding federations”. No one of them never influenced our sport on official level. No one of them ever tried to do this. They represent various unreal histories. The reason is clear – they have no history at all and this is the reason they create the false ones! Every day they are playing their games and fooling people around. People do not think that that these are not real sport federations in fact! Most “federations” are private companies. Among them many have no proper registration by law as International Organizations. No one of them is recognized officially by any serious organization. In 1998 the I.O.C. (International Olympic Committee) refused to recognize the IFBB and Weider brothers Joe and Ben sold the IFBB  (International Federation of Body Builders) federation, their sport magazines and the “Olympia” contest. After this the situation of bodybuilding is unstable in the World. Sport became extremely commercial and official sport competitions turned to various  “festivals”, “weekends”, “nights”  and “classics”.

It seems that the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation)  International is the only one to go on working on the ideas of Weider brothers. At least we make efforts to do this. No one cares for official recognized sport, but WFF-WBBF.

We have spoken many times about such “federations” before, about the nonsense they are creating in our sport and we will leave them in peace now as there is nothing to say more. Sport specialists understand that those federations play no role in the official bodybuilding sport on International level (see the Global Bodybuilding Site www.wff.lt , read historical articles and see unique documents on the main page and in the forum).

When we seriously speak about the real official sport, today we can mention only two International Organizations and that are the IFBB and the WFF-WBBF.

IFBB.

Though today  there are many “hot” IFBB  questions, such as of law, of finance, of book-keeping, of false democracy and of doping.  The private IFBB of RAFAEL SANTONJA even after splitting remains one of the most serious International units of bodybuilding sport.

Note:

In 2009 – IFBB split for the parts of the Spanish RAFAEL SANTONJA and the Singapore  PAUL CHUA. IN 2017 – IFBB split again for the parts of RAFAEL SANTONJA  and the USA NPC (National Physique Committee) of JIM MANION. All mentioned parts are in confrontation one with another today. All parts want to be on top one over another. Seeing this the historic IFBB creators and our real respected friends BEN  and JOE WEIDER brothers could have a heart attack.

WFF-WBBF.

Created in 1968 and celebrating it’s 52-d year of activities the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) works for the official sport of bodybuilding. Today the WFF-WBBF unites national organizations from 134 countries that represent all continents. Every year the WFF-WBBF organizes over 60 International events in various countries.

The WFF-WBBF received recognition by the Non Olympic Sports Committee, by a number of National Olympic Committees, by a number of Governments and Sport Ministries, by the ISU International Sports University (from 2017 ISU is  an Associated  Member of the UNESCO at the UN). Even the Vatican noticed WFF-WBBF International. During the official visit to the Headquarters of Vatican the  Roman Pope Benedictus XI-th award was presented to the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS with the Honorable Medal (Medaglia Ufficiale di Pontificato di Sua Santita Benedetto XVI)  and the Pope sent His blessing after the official meeting in Vatican (2011).

It seems today that only the WFF-WBBF International has aims and ideas how to develop bodybuilding on official level. Facing the new ambitious Global projects the WFF-WBBF takes real steps to guide our sport World Wide.

2019. Celebrating fivety years of the WFF-WBBF International Activities and confronting the coming New Year of 2019 -  Congratulating Words of the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. Edmundas Daubaras.

Closing the year of the 2018 we want to thank all of You for the huge work that was done. We have been working much and achieved good positive results in 2018 again. Today the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International federation unites national organizations of 134 countries, that represent all Continents.

During the last fivety years of it‘s International activities, the WFF-WBBF presented the highest International Honour Sport Award – the (International Honour Gold Medal). Among the World Sport VIP Persons this Award was presented to the President Parliament Austria Professor Alfred Gerstl, Slovakia Prime Minister Vladimir Meciar, Slovakia Prime Minister Robert Fico, the Mecenats Stefan Hrcka (Slovakia) and Jerzy Gotowski (Poland), Aleksandr Gridin (Lithuania), and the Hollywood Sport Personalities Aleksandr Nevsky (Russia-USA), Sylvester Stallone (USA), Ralf Moller (Germany-USA) and Chuck Norris (USA).

In 2018 the new members were included to the International federation, such as Thailand, Nepal, Singapore, Cambodia.

Working Internationally many official and working visits were organized to various countries, such as India, Thailand, Malaysia, Ukraine, Russia, Slovakia etc..

In the 120 years of World Sport History it was the first time when representing our sport the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. Edmundas Daubaras visited and worked at the Headquarters of the United Nations in Geneva (Switzerland). It was agreed to organize our conference in 2019 there too.

Imagine – we organized 60 International Events World Wide! The Official Flag and the Official Himna of the WFF-WBBF International federation were presented at the most important World‘s Events. Especially important to the World‘s official sport were the our sport live history the 51-st „Amber Prix International“ (1968 - 2018, «Янтарный приз», «Gintarinis prizas“), the World Amateur and Professional Championships, the „Universe“ and the 3-d BRICS Championship. No one other International Organization, that represents our sport, can not be proud of so long history of it’s International activities. No one of them has so many Country - Members. No one organizes so many official International events. No one other organization seeks developing of our sport on official level, but the WFF-WBBF. They even do not try to do this. To say more – today all International Federations have chosen the commercial way of their development and all of them  are private commercial profit companies today, not sport federations.

Especially I would like to underline tremendous work done by the WFF-WBBF  International VIP Officials Lalit Soni (India), Andrej Basov, Svetlana Pugacheva and Ksenija Skvorcova (all Russia), Edita Sendriene and Vytautas Mikuckis (both Lithuania), Jorge Cedale (Argentina), Alloudin Bhatte (Pakistan), Tolga Murat Balikci (Turkey),  Alireza Rasa (Iran), Jorg Fuchs (Germany), Amirhossein Pourezzat (Malaysia),  Pibe Rodriguez (Paraguay), Gianni Almeida (Brazil), James Davidsom (South Africa), Angelina Romanovic (Latvia), Vasilij Bespalenko (Ukraine), Gvidon Alvantzian (Cyprus), Valentina Kozlovskaja and Vladimir Kurilcik (both Belarus), Sergej Medvedev (Uzbekistan), Simo Bogdanoff (Finland), Dave Foster (UK), Leonor Hilario Greffel (Mozambique), Gvidon Alvantzian and Oleg Akopov (Cyprus), Wojciech Nadolski and Zaneta Balsewic (both Poland) and many other our sport personalities.

In 2018 the Parliament Republic Lithuania organized the Official Meeting for the leaders of the WFF-WBBF International. Also at the Lithuania National News Agency ELTA  the International Press Conference was held.

The WFF-WBBF International goes on working on the unbelievable huge unique work – the “World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia” (“Pasaulinė kultūrizmo enciklopedija”, «Энциклопедия всемирного культуризма»).  It will be published in various languages. Until now nobody in the World ever dared to do such a tremendous project.

In 2016 under the initiative of the WFF-WBBF International the International Sport University (I.S.U., Tarptautinis sporto universitetas, Международный университет спорта; www.isuniversity.lt ) was established and registered in the European Union. Under the guidance of talanted administrators and scientists now it works succcessfully. In 2017 the ISU became the Associated member of the UNESCO organization at the UN (United Nations). Professor of four Universities Vasilij Bespalenko works  activelly at the International Sports University.

We work with various power sports over 50 years. In 2012 under the initiative of our representatives of Canada, India, Italy and Lithuania we established the WPSF (World Power Sports Federation). In 2018 it organized the second World Powerlifting and Crosspower Championship in Lithuania.

Various International and National Social and Governmental Institutions notice huge efforts of the WFF-WBBF International. We were presenting and publishing  information on this many times. For the International activities in 2018 the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. Edmundas Daubaras G.S.St.S. was awarded with the Poland Order of St. Stanislaw (Order Świętego Stanisława Biskupa i Męczennika ustanowiony został  7 maja 1765 przez króla Stanisława Augusta Poniatowskiego). Also for the same reasons by the Ukraine Kazak League  DSc. Edmundas Daubaras was awarded with the Order of Getman Sulima (Орден “Гетьман Украiни Iван Сулима“, Ukraine). For the International activities in 2018 the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. Edmundas Daubaras was awarded with the “Order of Christ with Crown”. The Respect Award was presented to him by the Order of the Christ which is an Associated Member of the UN (United Nations) in New York, USA.

 Some time ago the Chairman Parliament Republic Slovakia Mgr. Art. Andrej Hrciar sent his congratulating words to the WFF-WBBF International and also he awarded the International President DSc. Edmundas Daubaras with the Honour Award of the Parliament Republic Slovakia. After several years we would like to remember that in 2012 in Vatican through His personal letter the Roman Pope Benedictus XVI (Benedetto XVI)  blessed the WFF-WBBF International activities.

Representing World‘s Fitness and Bodybuilding Sport the WFF-International and the WBBF-International are the only ones World Wide Officially Registered International Non Profit Sport Organizations that work well for our sport so long time. New ideas and tremendous work done for the International Sport make the WFF and WBBF to be the today’s International Leaders in Bodybuilding and Fitness World Wide. The WFF and WBBF do not live yesterday’s life. We have lots of  new Global Bodybuilding Projects ahead.

CZECH AND SLOVAK BODYBUILDING. ANALYTICAL REVUE.

(Continuation of the previous Article)

ONE MORE STEP AGAINST COMMUNIST REGIME. WE FIGHTED TO SAVE BODYBUILDING AND THIS WAY BECAME DISIDENTS.

The first great victory against the political Communist Regime during the time of  prohibition and prosecution of bodybuilding sport in the Socialist Countries was achieved in 1977 by personal efforts and personal risk of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS wrote a pettition and collected signatures of famnous people. Then he went to Moscow and addressed the Communist Party headquarters and main USSR newspapers. After a dialoque the USSR political power gave DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  the unique exceptional permittion to organize anual bodybuilding  contest „Amber Prix International“ in Klaipeda, Lithuania.

That were the exact activities and actions of the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS which during his  Official Visit to the Vatican Administration were named by the Vatican Congregat Prefect J. Em. JOZEF KARDINAL TOMKO  as the „dissident“ actions against the political Communist Regime (2011).

For this work done the Vatican Congregat Prefect J. Em. JOZEF KARDINAL TOMKO presented the Vatican Pontific Medal (Medaglia Ufficiale di Pontificato di Sua Santita Benedetto XVI) to the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  (Headquarters State Vatican, Cita del Vaticano, March 29, 2011). More information and documents about all these matters are published in various languages in the International Magazines „Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding“ («Спортивный фитнес и культуризм», “Sportinis fitnesas ir kultūrizmas”) and on the International Web Site www.wff.lt, read Articles on the main page and forum topics „World Bodybuilding History. How it was in real“ and „Various International Organizations“.

In 1977 already for the second time in a row DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  went to work in Czechoslovakia for two months again. After the first real political victory to organize „Amber Prix International“ was achieved,  DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS went to Prague with another unbelievable brave International idea that did not corresponded with the political Communist Regime politics again. During the time of bodybuilding prohibition DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS set a plan to organize International Bodybuilding Competition between USSR and Czechoslovakia National Bodybuilding Teams. Thet was the unbelievable brave and fantastic idea. First the contest should be organized in Klaipeda (Lithuania) and after in Prague. The USSR and Lithuania Official Sport Stuff did not support DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. Even more, they wanted to stop and thretenned him. But the big wish of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to do good for the bodybuilding sport was very big and he dared to go on.

Then in Prague were organized a number of mutual meetings of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  and the President Czechoslovakia National Bodybuilding Federation VOJTECH FIALA  and his assistant IVAN MACH. After this all of them met the Chairman of the Ministry Sport Czechoslovakia. During these meetings were set and spoken all details to fulfil the International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS idea.

It was very good that Czechoslovacs were positive towards DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS International plans as the Czechoslovakia bodybuilding was on the same way as the prohibited USSR and Lithuania sport. All of us had to behave brave in order to get the positive results in standing against the bodybuilding sport enemies we had to use not standard methods.

Nobody of the Bodybuilding Sport Leaders believed in success, but DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  won again. It was the second time DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  managed to make the Political Communist Regime Officials (not the Official Sport officials who were afrayed to move!!!) to beleive of the necessity of the International Sport Cooperation between the Socialist Countries. In Bodybuilding as well. Especially it was about the Czechoslovakia Republic which was right after the 1968 unsuccessfull  anti – Communist Revolution.  The polititians a little changed DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  palns and suggested to organize the first International Bodybuilding Event in Czechoslovakia Prague and only after this in Klaipeda. But that was not so important . We won again!

Step by step DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS received for all top USSR Bodybuilders personal invitations to participate in Prague in 1978. During the years the best bodybuilders of the USSR were the Lithuanian ones and that made DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  contest preparation work much easier. It seemed that it is the time to make the last finishing touches... Unfortunatelly some bad sides of the human being appeared – the envy. The USSR and Lithuania Bodybuilding Leaders who were afrayed to support DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  initiatives and works before, now they could not stand the success of the coming International Project. They wrote blackmailing letters to the Political Police. And their intriques and activites ruined the plans and all the hard work done went to zero. Later on the same USSR Bodybuilding Officials many times did the same „devils“work  - they offended and blackmailed their collegues. It had happened during the first visits of the Owner and the President of the IFBB Commercial Company BEN WEIDER to the USSR (1974 and 1987). They organized International intriques  about the Over All „Amber Prix International“ Champion OLEV ANNUS (Estonia, 1981). They organized International intriques  about the Over All „Amber Prix International“ Champions ROLANDAS BUCINSKAS  and JURUJ GUSEV (Lithuania, 1980-1981). They organized International intriques  about the Over All „Amber Prix International“ Champions VIKTORAS JUCYS  and SAULIUS MISEVICIUS (Lithuania, 1988). End a number of more similar facts...

2018. HIGH HISTORIC INTERNATIONAL AND POLAND AND UKRAINE AWARDS.

ORDER AND STAR OF ST. STANISLAW.

In 2018 the  WFF-WBBF  (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International President and the I.S.U. (International Sport University) Rector and also the Vice President „Regina Cancer Welfare Society International“  DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS G.S.St.S  for his International Social Activities was awarded with highest Poland historic „Order of St. Stanislaw“. This Order was set in 1765 by the last King of the Zecpospolita STANISLAW AUGUST PONIATOWSKI   to honour the St. Stanislaw  (Order Świętego Stanisława Biskupa i Męczennika ustanowiony został 7 maja 1765 przez króla Stanisława Augusta Poniatowskiego).

HIGH UKRAINE HONOUR ORDER AWARD.

In  2018 for the active International social work the  WFF-WBBF International President and the I.S.U. Rector DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was awarded with the “Order of Ukraine Getman Ivan Sulima” (Орден “Гетьман Украiни Iван Сулима“). The Honour Ceremony took place at  the basic Lvov Greek-Catholic Church.

2018. CZECH AND SLOVAK BODYBUILDING. ANALYTICAL REVUE.

SOCIALIST COUNTRIES BODYBUILDING LITERATURE.

In the beginning of sixties of the last century it was Polish bodybuilding magazine «Sport Dla Wszystkich» that was a great impuls to popularize our sport. Through the time of the prohibition of bodybuilding sport in the Socialist Countries nobody even dreamed about the bodybuilding literature. Later the exception was in Czechoslovakia Bratislava issued  „Trener“ Magazine (in nineties a German DDR Weight Lifting Magazine started to publish some informatikon on bodybuilding  too). During this time DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  used to give articles and contest information for these Magazines. Also for BEN WEIDER‘S „Flex“ magazine. All magazines used to publishe the DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS given materials. First of all it was information from the World‘s Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding Contest, the only one anual International Bodybuilding Event in all Socialist Counties, the „Amber Prix International“ (1968-2018). The Czechoslovakia „Trener“ Magazines were published by Slovaks  JOZEF MAZAK and later by MILAN PERDOCH.

2018. INTERNATIONAL BODYBUILDING SPORT.

WHAT WE ARE FACING TODAY?

Today there are lots of “International Bodybuilding federations”. They represent lots unreal histories. The reason is clear – they have no history at all and this is the reason they create the false ones! Every day they are playing their games and fooling people around. People do not think that these are not real sport federations in fact! Most “federations” are private companies. Among them many have no proper registration by law as International Organizations. No one of them is recognized officially by any serious organization. In 1998 after 2 years trial the I.O.C. (International Olympic Committee) refused to recognize the IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders)  and Weider brothers sold the IFBB  federation, their sport magazines and the “Olympia” contest. After this the situation of bodybuilding is unstable in the World. Sport became extremely commercial and official sport competitions turned to various  “festivals”, “weekends”, “nights”  and “classics”.

It seems that the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation)  International is the only one to go on working on the ideas of Weider brothers. At least we make efforts to do this. No one cares for official recognized sport, but WFF-WBBF.

We have spoken many times about such false “federations” before, about the nonsense they are creating in our sport and we will leave them in peace now as there is nothing to say more. Sport specialists understand that those federations play no role in the official bodybuilding sport on International level (see the Global Bodybuilding Site www.wff.lt , read historical articles and see documents on the main page and in the forum).

When we seriously speak about the real official sport, today we can mention only two International Organizations and that are the WFF-WBBF and the IFBB.

IFBB.

Though today  there are many “hot” IFBB  questions, such as of breaking law, of “black” finance matters, of false book-keeping, of no democracy and of using and hiding doping.  Nevertheless the IFBB of Spanish RAFAEL SANTONJA even after splitting remains one of the most serious International units of bodybuilding sport.

Note:

In 2009 – the International Commercial Company IFBB split for the parts of the Spanish RAFAEL SANTONJA and the one of Singapore  PAUL CHUA. In 2017 – the IFBB split again for the parts of RAFAEL SANTONJA  and another of the USA NPC (National Physique Committee) of JIM MANION. All mentioned parts are in confrontation one with another today. All parts want to be on top one over another. Seeing this the historic IFBB creators and our real respected friends BEN  and JOE WEIDER brothers could have a heart attack.

WFF-WBBF.

Created in 1968 and celebrating it’s 51-st year of activities the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) works for the official sport of bodybuilding. Today the WFF-WBBF unites national organizations from 132 countries that represent all continents. Every year the WFF-WBBF organizes over 60 International events in various countries.

The WFF-WBBF received recognition by the Non Olympic Sports Committee, by a number of National Olympic Committees, by a number of Governments and Sport Ministries, by the ISU International Sports University (from 2017 ISU is  a Member of the UNESCO at the UN). In October, 2018 the Official visit of the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS is planned to the Headquarters of the UN in Geneva (Switzerland).

Even the Vatican noticed activities of the  WFF-WBBF International: the Roman Pope Benedictus XI-th award was presented to the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS with the Honorable Medal (Medaglia Ufficiale di Pontificato di Sua Santita Benedetto XVI)  and the Pope sent His blessing after the official meeting in Vatican (2011).

It seems today that only the WFF-WBBF International has aims and ideas how to develop bodybuilding on official level. Facing the new ambitious Global projects the WFF-WBBF takes real steps to guide our sport World Wide.
