WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA.

1989 „U.S.S.R. BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIP“.

The first step was done in 1988 at the first Official „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Cup“ («Кубок С.С.С.Р. по культуризму»). Then the U.S.S.R. Over All Winner was VIKTORAS JUCYS (Lithuanian SSR). The contest was supported and recognized by the „U.S.S.R. Ministry of Sport“. In 1989 the first official „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Championship“ was held in Leningrad too. Basing on the results of this competition the „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Team“ had been selected to participate at the 1989 I.F.B.B. World Championship in Paris (France). The 1989 „U.S.S.R. Bodybuilding Championship“ Category Winners were: SHUMLIANSKIJ KONSTANTIN (Шумлянский Константин, Ukrainian SSR), BOGDANOVIC VALERIJ (Богданович Валерий, Belorussian SSR), DUBICKAS VINCAS (Lithuanian SSR), MOSALIOV GEORGIJ (Мосалёв Георгий, R.S.F.S.R.), PETRAUSKAS RICARDAS (Lithuanian SSR). The Over All Champion was VINCAS DUBICKAS. Due to the results of doping control SHUMLIANSKIJ KONSTANTIN was replaced by PATRAITIS RAIMUNDAS (Lithuanian SSR). Today the International Federation W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) unites 140 Country-Members from all Continents. Every year W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. holds over 60 International Events in various Countries.

W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International  informes, that right atfter the seria of  International Bodybuilding Mega Events (57-th „Amber Prix International“, 25-th AM and Pro „Universe“, Europe AM and Pro Championship and World Grand Prix, May 10-13, 2024, Klaipeda, Vilkaviskis, Vilnius) Official Meeting of the Heads W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International  will be organized in the Palace of Parliament Republic Lithuania in Vilnius City  (May 13, 2024).

LITHUANIA STATE NEWS AGENCY ELTA. INTERNATIONAL PRESS CONFERENCE.

After the Official Parliamen Meeting of Heads W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International  the International Press Conference will be held at the Lithuania State News Agency ELTA.

W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. ALWAYS WAS NON KOMMERCIAL SPORT ORGANIZATION.

During the sixty years of it‘s activities the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. always kept on the real official sport side. Though there were various political and economical dificulties, the federation never stopped working (read historical articles on the International Site www.wff.lt).

W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. athletes always had possibilities to seek the highest titles at the International recognized official contests. Historic statistics prove the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. is a prestigeous International Federation among all federations. One can organize several successfull competitions, but it is not the same as the sixty years of serious stable work. The power of the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. – sixty years of constant International Sport work.

Today the valuables of the mankind changed. For most people money means everything. No morality, only money and lies. Today most of International Sport Organizations are commercial. Even WADA (World Anti Doping Agency) seeks profit and this is the reason that not every International Sport Organization can join WADA. Such mentioned above organizations  proclame commerce, not sport. It is a theater of absurd we were writing about this many times before.

W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. will remain conservative and it will not follow other commercial sport organizations.  W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. will remain on the real sport side and this is our priority.  Yes, sometimes we are in a clumsy financial situation, but it happens sometimes, not always.

In difference to other organizations W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. collaborates with the recognized International Sport Institutions, National Governmental Structures and representatives of all religions. All of them notice and valuate the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. activities. We see the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. as a strong friendly unit and this is our power.
